Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the NyraKart Partner Recruitment website. The final legal operator identity and address must be completed before the site is opened for paid registration.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and apply from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. No specific education qualification is required under this version of the programme. Applicants must provide accurate application information.

2. Account and access

Google sign-in is required to create an account, submit an application, make a reservation and view application status. Applicants are responsible for access to their email/account and must notify support if they believe their account has been misused.

3. Reservation fee and selection

The reservation fee is ₹99. Payment reserves an application slot subject to actual capacity and verification. Payment does not guarantee selection, activation, employment, income, customers or a partner territory.

4. Independent partner relationship

Partners are intended to operate as independent sales partners, not salaried employees. Activities, commissions, customer handling, brand use and any reseller or service arrangements are controlled by the separate written programme terms.

5. Accurate communications

Applicants and approved partners must not make false claims, guarantee earnings, misrepresent product features, impersonate NyraKart staff, or collect customer money outside NyraKart-approved processes.

6. Suspension and misuse

NyraKart may hold or reject applications involving inaccurate details, duplicate accounts, suspected fraud, abuse or failure to satisfy published eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law and the refund policy.

7. Third-party services

Google, Supabase, Cloudflare and Razorpay may provide identity, hosting, data or payment services under their respective terms. Their availability and processing times may vary.

8. Applicable law and disputes

The appropriate governing law, dispute forum and jurisdiction must be confirmed by the operator and reviewed for legal compliance before production. This draft intentionally does not invent a legal entity, address or dispute venue.
