1. No employment guarantee

The NyraKart Sales Partner programme is intended for independent sales partners. Registration or payment does not create an employment relationship, guaranteed territory or fixed salary.

2. Earnings

Any earning-potential figure, commission calculator or example is illustrative. Actual earnings are not guaranteed and depend on eligible completed sales, approved commission terms, customer demand, chargebacks/returns and expenses.

3. Selection

Paying the ₹99 fee does not guarantee selection. Applications are reviewed separately under the published programme terms.

4. Products and services

Partners must explain products, features, prices, delivery and service timelines accurately and must not make claims not approved by NyraKart.

5. Third-party services

Sign-in, hosting and payment functionality depend on Google, Supabase, Cloudflare and Razorpay services. Their availability, verification and settlement times may vary.
