Demo Kit and Bulk Reseller Terms

Effective date: 10 October 2026 · Review before payment and application submission.

These are preliminary terms for optional physical demo materials and the separate bulk-reseller route. They are not an invitation to pay for a kit or stock until a final ordering flow, price schedule and fulfilment terms are published.

1. Optional demo kit

The planned demo kit price is ₹1,000. It is optional and separate from the ₹99 application reservation fee. Kit contents, delivery/collection, ownership, return eligibility, damage handling and any deposit must be listed before purchase.

2. Bulk reseller route

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, payment timing, production, print specifications, shipping, defect reporting, returns and customer resale obligations must be confirmed in a written order or agreement before stock is purchased.

3. Digital catalogue route

Applicants may use approved digital catalogue material without buying a kit or stock, subject to the programme terms.

4. Customer communication

All routes must use accurate, approved descriptions and prices. Partners must not guarantee features, discounts, delivery dates or service scope unless those are published by NyraKart.

5. Final version

Because detailed kit and wholesale terms were not supplied for this project, the operational provisions must be completed and reviewed before accepting any demo-kit or reseller payments.
