NyraKart · Partner Programme
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 October 2026 · Review before payment and application submission.
Business/legal operator: NyraKart (legal entity identity to be confirmed). Support: nyrakartcontact@gmail.com.
This draft explains how NyraKart intends to handle information used for the partner application service. It must be checked against the final technical setup, retention schedule and applicable law before production.
1. Information collected
When an applicant signs in and applies, the service may process the Google account identifier, email address and profile fields supplied by Google, name, mobile number, state, district or city, preferred participation route, age and terms confirmations, application status, payment-provider references, refund status, and related security/audit events.
2. Purposes
Information is used to authenticate accounts, accept and review applications, reserve capacity, verify the ₹99 payment, communicate application decisions, process eligible refunds, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal/accounting requirements.
3. Service providers
The intended architecture uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication/database services, Cloudflare for hosting and API execution, and Razorpay for payment processing. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
4. Payments
NyraKart should store payment references and statuses needed for reconciliation; card/UPI credentials and authentication secrets should be handled by Razorpay and must not be collected in the recruitment form. Never ask an applicant to send an OTP, UPI PIN or password.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Application data is available to the applicant and authorized NyraKart personnel who need it to operate the programme. It may also be disclosed where required by law or to resolve fraud, security, payment or legal disputes.
6. Retention and security
Records should be retained only as long as necessary for programme operation, dispute resolution, accounting and legal obligations. The final retention durations must be established before launch. Appropriate access controls, least-privilege keys, database policies, logging and security testing are required; no online system can be represented as risk-free.
7. Your requests
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact nyrakartcontact@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for payment/refund dispute records. Identity verification may be necessary before acting on a request.
8. Children
The partner application is limited to applicants aged 18 or above. The service is not intended to collect applications from minors.
9. Changes
Any material changes should be reflected in this page with an updated effective date. Applicants should review the current policy before submitting an application.
