Partner Programme Terms

These draft programme terms describe the intended NyraKart independent sales-partner model. Final commission rates, operating scope and payout timing must be published in a separate approved schedule before onboarding.

1. Eligibility and application

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and based in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. No specific education qualification is required in this version. Every applicant must use their Google-authenticated account and provide accurate information.

2. Application reservation

A ₹99 fee is paid to reserve an application slot, subject to capacity. Payment is not a selection guarantee or employment offer. Rejected applications qualify for the refund described in the Reservation and Refund Policy.

3. Partner activity

Partners may introduce NyraKart NFC/QR products and services to local businesses, use approved marketing materials and guide customers through the approved ordering process. Partners must use accurate prices and approved product descriptions.

4. No unauthorized promises or collections

Partners must not claim a fixed salary, guarantee income, create false discounts, promise unapproved delivery dates, or collect customer payments outside the approved process.

5. Participation routes

The programme has a digital sales-partner route, an optional physical demo-kit route (currently proposed at ₹1,000 subject to final kit terms) and a planned bulk-reseller route. Wholesale price, minimum order quantities, returns, shipping, damage handling and service scope must be documented before purchases begin.

6. Commission and website projects

Commissions apply only to eligible completed transactions under the published commission schedule. The proposed ₹5,000 website-deal bonus applies only where a deal meets the written qualification, acceptance and completion conditions. A lead alone does not qualify. The published final schedule controls.

7. Identity and brand

Any NyraKart identity card or sales material is limited to the specific activity it authorizes. It does not make the partner an employee or authorized representative for activities beyond its stated scope.

8. Suspension and ending participation

Misuse, fraud, misrepresentation or repeated breach of approved process may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

9. Final schedules required

The operator must publish the final commission rate, attribution, payout schedule, tax handling, customer order/return rules, partner conduct rules and reseller agreement before onboarding. Those figures and terms are intentionally not invented in this draft.
